BioVitrum took part in the Russian-Chinese scientific-practical conference on medical microbiology and clinical mycology (XIX Kashkin Readings)

From 14th to 16th of June 2016 in St. Petersburg was held the Russian-Chinese scientific-practical conference on medical microbiology and clinical mycology (XIX Kashkin Readings). The event gathered about 300 leading experts, microbiologists and infectious disease specialists from all regions of Russia, CIS, China, England, the United States and other countries. The conference was accredited in the system of continuing medical and pharmaceutical education (CME).

The scientific program combined plenary sessions, thematic sections, round tables, satellite symposia, workshops and poster session. Also there was held a competition of scientific researches among young scientists and students.

Within the framework of the event were discussed issues of accreditation experts, the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) 3++ and the use of simulation techniques in microbiology. The President of the Global Action Fund for Fungal Infections (GAFFI) Professor D. Denning (UK) made keynote report.

Within the framework of the Russian-Chinese scientific-practical conference on medical microbiology and clinical mycology were held a meeting "Science of health and preventive medicine", the working group for microbiology of Federal Educational and Methodical Association, meeting of the main epidemiology experts of the North-West Federal District, session of the main specialists in clinical microbiology of the North-West Federal District.
