BioVitrum participated in a seminar for bacteriologists in Rostov- on-Don

The event took place on April 11 and was devoted to the organization of bacteriiological laboratories. It was attended by about 70 bacteriologists from medical institutions in Rostov-on -Don and the Rostov region.

The seminar consisted of theoretical and practical parts.]
The theoretical part of the event included reports by:
Olga Ivanovna, PhD, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Head of the microbiology laboratory, Smolensk State Medical Academy. Her reports included:
"Organization of work in the bacteriological laboratory"
"Current recommendations for determining the sensitivity of microorganisms to antibiotics "
"Streptococci. The problem of microbiological diagnostics "
And a report was given by BioVitrum specialist Lyubov Revin:
"Modern diagnostic methods in the bacteriological laboratory"
The report provided information on the microbiology products of Thermo Fisher Scientific (OXOID, Remel - UK, US) and of Bacteriological analyzers :

Analyzer for VersaTREK gemokultivirovaniya and diagnosis of mycobacteria , Trek Diagnostic Systems ( UK)

In the second part of the workshop there was a demonstration of Thermo Fisher Scientific products. During the demonstration, participants received detailed advice and product samples .
