Chemical production

BioVitrum is a company with a large–scale high-tech own production, producing more than 300 names of various medical products. 

The processes at the chemical production have been repeatedly upgraded in accordance with new innovative solutions. Each batch of goods undergoes strict quality control at all stages of production, from incoming raw materials and production processes to final products. Most of the reagents are always in the company's warehouse, which minimizes the delivery time.

Histological paraffin

Production of ready-to-use homogenized histological paraffin HISTOMIX was launched in 2001. Today, the company's assortment includes several types of paraffins, differ in melting temperature and formulation. BioVitrum paraffin media are manufactured using a unique patented technology, in accordance with certified protocols.
A multi-stage paraffin cleaning system is used in production, all technological stages are isolated, a well-thought-out ventilation and air filtration system prevents foreign particles from entering the final product.

Reagents and consumables

BioVitrum produces reagents and ready-to-use solutions for histological sample preparation and microbiological studies. In the assortment: transport media and reagents for fixing surgical and biopsy material, adapted to the characteristics of different types of tissue, formalins, solutions for histological processing, decalcifying and buffering solutions. The company produces routine and special histological dyes that provide high-quality visualization of cells and tissues, histological ink for marking the edges of resection, as well as media for conclusion with good optical properties.
The products of foreign companies are used as raw materials. Reagents are available in different types of packaging for ease of use in laboratories.

Own developments and quality control

The BioVotrum R&D department is a team of professionals from different fields - we employ biologists, chemists, design engineers and IT developers. 
In the process of creating new products, there is close interaction with doctors and laboratory assistants. Identifying the need and an accurate understanding of the processes allow you to create reagents and consumables that improve the quality of diagnostics.
