BioVitrum pays particular attention to the maintenance and service support of our partner manufacturers’ equipment. The Service Department was established in 2005. We have developed a simple rule in the company – to support a client along their entire interaction with the company from the moment of signing a contract.

BioVitrum Service Centers are located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Our specialists travel to any place in Russia to promptly respond to the requests and needs of our customers. More than 1,000 laboratory visits are made annually.

The Service Department employees regularly improve their skills at specialized courses provided by our partner medical equipment manufacturers. The superior expertise of our technical specialists is confirmed by numerous international certificates.


BioVitrum service engineers perform commissioning, diagnostics, and monitoring of the technical condition of equipment, preventive maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repairs, software updates. Our service engineers respond to on-site repair requests within 2-3 days.
After the expiration of the warranty period, we provide customers with high-quality services under the service contracts. 

The company’s Application Service offers trainings and classes on how to work with equipment or use manual techniques. BioVitrum employees visit healthcare institutions and conduct on-site training sessions. Our tasks include customizing protocols, working techniques training, and consulting on the use of chemical agents and consumables. The training is practice-based, which allows doctors and laboratory assistants to independently work on new equipment and use new products from our suppliers.

Our task is not just to deliver medical equipment, but to make its use by the personnel of each healthcare institution as efficient and convenient as possible.
