We have formed our own logistics service, which enables timely delivery, prompt shipment, reliable storage, and professional customs clearance. The well-established logistics network allows us to deliver products on time, retaining their original quality and complying with all cargo safety requirements and special temperature conditions.

BioVitrum logisticians handle dozens of imports from Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia on a weekly basis, as well as hundreds of domestic shipments. The Procurement Department, the Customs Clearance Department, the Logistics Department, and three Distribution Centers in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Novosibirsk act as separate divisions of the company. Every year, we ship more than 20,000 batches of goods to thousands of customers across the country and abroad. 

The company's distribution centers are equipped with state-of-the-art storage and control solutions to meet all product requirements of our partners, including high-tech systems for humidity and temperature monitoring, as well as a warehouse management system. The storage conditions of products in our warehouses are assessed every ten minutes, and in the event of the slightest deviation from established requirements, a mobile notification is triggered

When storing and transporting special cargo, six main temperature conditions from -80°C to +25°C are maintained. Fragile goods requiring careful transportation are delivered in special boxes to ensure protection against possible damage.
